Boxing for fitness class specifically designed for children aged 8 to 12 years. Our classes incorporate boxing skills (non contact), fitness training, teamwork, games and most importantly fun!

Schools Health & Wellbeing Programme
Active SchoolsNL accredited and approved service provider to North Lanarkshire Council.
We offer a wide range of professional services to schools as part of our health and wellbeing programme to help staff and pupils become more active, happier and healthier. Regular physical exercise, yoga and meditations are a great way to improve your physical, mental and emotional health.
Our bespoke programmes can be designed to suit the needs of your pupils including intervention programmes to help pupils who find challenge in the school day and/or have difficulties accessing the curriculum.
Also available for Future Fridays and staff in service days.

Hatton Boxing for Fitness

Hatton Boxing combines the principles of boxing and fitness training to create fun and effective boxing for fitness sessions. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels with no previous boxing experience required. Train under the guidance of our professional trainers who will teach you all the boxing skills you need to train safely and have a great workout!
Personal Safety & Self Defence Course
Personal 1-1 and Group Sessions available by appointment.
Our Personal Safety & Self Defence courses are delivered by Brian Carr, Director/Head Trainer at be.fit and a retired police officer. Brian is a certified BTEC Level 3 Self Defence instructor and Conflict Management trainer which are recognised as the highest awards and most creditable qualifications for teaching self defence and conflict management in the UK.
Our courses cover a wide variety of topics to help you stay safe without having any previous self defence training.
1-1, group and family training sessions are available at our private studio.

Group Fitness Strength Training
Thursday- 9.30am, 6pm & 7.15pm
A group fitness full body workout to help develop your muscular strength using dumbbells, barbells and functional fitness equipment under the guidance of our professional trainers. The focus is on building strong lean muscle. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels.
Personal Training
Our friendly trainers are happy to help and advise you on all aspects of your health and fitness. We will design a bespoke training programme to specifically suit your needs whether it is to lose weight, build lean muscle, get in shape for a special occasion such as your wedding or sports conditioning to develop your skills for your chosen sport.
Kettlebell Conditioning

Experience the dynamic intensity of our kettlebell fitness class, where strength meets
endurance in a high energy training environment. This class combines kettlebell exercises with cardio intervals for a full body workout.
