Massage Therapy & Injury Rehabilitation
We offer a wide range of massage therapies. Enjoy a relaxing Swedish massage or reflexology treatment to unwind from the stresses of modern day living.
Our bespoke Remedial & Sports injury rehabilitation/personal training programmes will help you recover from chronic long term problems such as back pain or other chronic injuries while also building up your strength and fitness.
The 7am Club
Join the 7am Club every Wednesday for your early morning workout before the start of a busy day. 'Train with the trainer' who will put you through your paces doing high paced 45 minutes workouts to help you feel energised and good to go while most people are still in their beds.

We offer a range of classes suitable for all levels in our boutique nature themed yoga studio. Spaces are limited to enhance the overall experience.

Core & Flexibility
Our core and flexibility classes are set in a relaxed training environment to help you strengthen your core (abdominals and back) muscles for everyday activities and improve your flexibility by following a stretching programme under the guidance of our professional trainers. This class is highly recommended to anyone who has suffered years of back pain and is suitable for beginners.
Friday - 9.30am
Circuit style workout designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and strength using your body weight and a wide variety of equipment for a full body workout. Structured workouts under the guidance of our professional trainers in a small group setting.
Monday - 9.30am, 6pm, 7.15pm
Befit for Life Over 60's Class
A specialised fitness class specifically designed for the over 60’s who want to improve their fitness and lead an active life. Our classes are designed to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness and flexibility in a relaxed training environment under the guidance of our professional trainers. These classes are ideal for beginners who maybe haven't exercised for a while and want to improve their health and fitness.

Hatton Boxing for Fitness
Hatton Boxing combines the principles of boxing and fitness training to create fun and effective boxing for fitness sessions. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels with no previous boxing experience required. Train under the guidance of our professional trainers who will teach you all the boxing skills you need to train safely and have a great workout!

Personal Safety & Self Defence Course
Our Personal Safety & Self Defence courses are taught by Brian Carr Director/Head Trainer at be.fit and a retired police officer. Brian is a certified BTEC Advanced Level 3 Self Defence instructor which is recognised as the highest award and most creditable qualification for teaching self defence in the UK.
Our courses cover a wide variety of topics to help you stay safe without having any previous self defence training. You don't need to be a black belt to be able to defend yourself!
Courses can be designed to meet your specific needs.
Learn simple and effective break away and self defence techniques that work with no previous training.
Personal Safety - Tips to keep yourself safe and increase your situational awareness to help you avoid confrontational and potentially threatening situations.
The law and self defence
The primitive stress response (fight, flight or freeze) - How to stay calm when under pressure and stay alert to danger.
And so much more!
We guarantee that you will leave our course with simple and easy to remember self defence techniques that will improve your self confidence to defend yourself in a threatening situation.

Group Fitness Strength Training
A group fitness full body workout to help develop your muscular strength using dumbbells, barbells and functional fitness equipment under the guidance of our professional trainers. The focus is on building strong lean muscle. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Our friendly trainers are happy to help and advise you on all aspects of your health and fitness. We will design a bespoke training programme to specifically suit your needs whether it is to lose weight, build lean muscle, get in shape for a special occasion such as your wedding or sports conditioning to develop your skills for your chosen sport.
