Group Fitness Training Membership

In these terms and conditions, ‘the company’ means Befit Training Limited



Your Responsibilities

  1. Payment for a group fitness training membership must be paid in full on the first day of every month or on another date during the calendar month agreed by both parties. Should you decide to cancel your membership while there are outstanding training sessions remaining you will not be entitled to a refund and the company will not accept any liability for your cancellation. A membership fee must be paid in full irrespective of the client’s personal circumstances for any given month including holidays, periods of illness for the client or a family member, injury, work commitments or other personal reasons. Failure to pay a membership timeously on the first day of every month or other agreed date may result in the client being excluded from the training programme. The company will advise clients of any increase in membership fees by giving at least 28 days’ notice of same.

  2. ​The contract is non - cancellable and by signing it you agree to pay the full payment. You must give the company a minimum of 28 days’ notice should you wish to terminate your membership. Should a client intimate to the company that they wish to terminate their contract within the 28-day period due to personal circumstances, the company reserves the right to assess every case on an individual basis and dependent on any mitigating circumstances can decide to waive any payments due for the forthcoming month.

  3. The ill health of a person close to you or similar reasons do not result in the suspension of payments or the termination of this contract.

  4. It is your responsibility during the initial consultation to inform the company of any health conditions and/or medication prescribed by your GP. Failure to disclose any health issues will be deemed as negligence on your part and the company will not be liable to any deterioration or exacerbation of said medical conditions as a result of having undertaken a prescribed training programme designed by the company.

  5. You are responsible for ensuring that you are available timeously for all pre-arranged training sessions and are dressed appropriately.

  6. You must inform the company prior to any training session of any health condition or injury that may be exacerbated by exercising.

  7. You must give the company a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend a pre-arranged training session for any reason.

  8. The company has the right to cancel any Group Fitness Training membership after a period of 28 days of the pre-arranged completion date because of an excessive number of cancellations for whatever reason by you irrespective of the number of training sessions remaining.

  9. If for any reason the company cannot fulfil a pre-arranged appointment for any reason, you will be reimbursed with any session(s) outstanding or be allowed to attend the number of sessions cancelled by the company the following month.


Monthly Training Package “break” – Befit Training Limited are willing to offer all clients a 2 week “break” where the client will be able to pay a reduced price of 50% for their normal training package. This offer can only be used once within a 12-month period and the 2-week period must be used at once. The client must notify Befit Training Limited at their earliest convenience when they would like to use this offer.

By agreeing these terms and conditions you are giving Befit Training Limited permission to retain your personal information for the purposes of our business.
