Wednesday- 7pm Experience the dynamic intensity of our kettlebell fitness class, where strength meets endurance in a high energy training environment. This class combines kettlebell exercises with cardio intervals for a full body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels with a range of functional movements, enhancing strength, flexibility and improving overall fitness. Get ready to swing, press and squat your way for a stronger, more resilient you!
Please note that if you cancel any classes that you have pre booked two hour or less prior to the class commencing you will be charged for that class and it will be deducted from your membership monthly training package.
