Our core and flexibility classes are set in a relaxed training environment to help you strengthen your core (abdominals and back) muscles for everyday activities and improve your flexibility by following a stretching programme under the guidance of our professional trainers. This class is highly recommended to anyone who has suffered years of back pain and is suitable for beginners. Class Time: Friday - 9.30am
Please note that if you cancel any classes that you have pre booked two hour or less prior to the class commencing you will be charged for that class and it will be deducted from your membership monthly training package.
